Overworked? Undernourished? Overburdened? Sleep deprived?
So busy caring for everyone else that you don’t have any time for yourself…
Single parent struggling to care for family and hold a job at the same time…
Sole breadwinner working multiple jobs…
Stay-at-home parent managing house and kids…
You know you need to take better care of yourself, but there is simply NO time!!
After you give 100% at work and 100% to the family, there’s nothing left.
Your stress level is through the roof.
All you hear is, “Meditate, exercise, rest, and you’ll feel better!”
But how are you supposed to do that when your energy is entirely depleted?
All day you can sense the anxiety building, and the depression creeps up to overtake you at night.
The thought of doing even “one more thing” brings tears to your eyes.
You finally admit to yourself, you have no more time to give…
Something must change!
You just can’t do it anymore…
When your mind is cluttered with thoughts, obligations, and criticism, it’s time to reach out.
You need relief now!
Therapy will help you unravel your racing thoughts, give you the tools to deal with them, and guide you to a more peaceful mind.
How does therapy do that?
It’s easy to get too attached to your thoughts. Your brain tricks you into believing your every thought and takes you on a roller coaster ride of shame, guilt, and regret.
Together, we’re going to reconstruct this process, so you can finally direct your thoughts – rather than your thoughts directing you.
You’ll discover the tools you need to better manage your time and energy.
If you don’t manage your time, someone else will.
Time is precious!
Too precious, in fact, for others to control how you allocate time and energy. Therapy will help you discover how to align your time with your values – so your life reflects what you love the most.
Bring the ideal and the real into alignment – and live the life you desire.
Let’s talk (918) 810-2588. Don’t you think it’s time?
I’ve been going to therapy with Dawn for a month or so now, and she has really helped me a lot. Helping me to realize why I am the way I am, and methods for improving myself… she has been a great addition to my life. I’d also like to say that she’s not a “robot.” She is very personable and doesn’t come across she’s analyzing everything I say (though she may very well be!) ? If you’re looking for a great therapist, Dawn is highly recommended by me.
