In our first session, you will have the opportunity to share any history with me that you feel is relevant. Our time after that will focus on strengthening those positive beliefs you have about yourself that currently get you by day-to-day.

In the final phase of treatment, we will work through the plan we have previously designed which outlines the issues you want to process and repair.
